Another Fun Parks and Rec Pop-Up Activity in New Meadows

Trying to enjoy the last of the snow, (what a strange thing to say in Feb-Mar) eleven kids showed up at the Parks and Rec Pop-Up Activity in New Meadows. During this, kiddos got to build an obstacle course, build a colorful horizontal snowman, go sledding and enjoy some cocoa and cookies.

Upcoming, at Dorsey Warr Memorial Park, the committee will be putting on a Hello Spring event on Mar. 9 that includes several activities. Plus, there will be an Easter Egg Hunt at the school on March 30. If you’d like to donate candy please drop it off at City Hall and/or come help stuff eggs at the Community Center on March 23 from 1-3. It’ll be a party with desserts to share! Keep your eyes and ears open for more happenings!
