Basketball Wrap-Up

The Tri-Valley Titan boys lost a close game to Horseshoe Bend 53-51 on February 21st. This loss eliminated them from the Long Pin district tournament.

Council boys beat Salmon River 59-26 on February 21st. On February 23rd Council lost against Horseshoe Bend 52-46 to end their season.

The Idaho Statesman announced their All-Conference Girls Basketball team, as voted on by coaches. Results for local players are below:

Rhianna Iveson of Council was voted MVP.

First team members were Hope Zollman and Ava Eppich of Council and McKayla Hart and Stella Warren of Tri-Valley.

Second team members were Emma Barton of Tri-Valley and Cora Bingham of Council.

Honorable mentions include Kassidy Iveson of Council and Hunter Hastie of Tri-Valley.
