Cambridge Elementary Students are looking Forward to Summer

Reading through these fun quotes may bring back some fond memories of childhood and the magic of summer vacation. Thank you to all of the elementary teachers and Principal Mrs. Vowell for working with their students and putting this together. Here is what Cambridge Elementary students are looking forward to over the summer!
Kindergarten: Making the garden bigger. Hang out with my mom. Go to the waterpark. Go to Grandpa’s. Traveling. Swim in water. Play video games with my friends. Ride my dirt bike. Play with Wyatt and Leon.
1st Grade: I am looking forward to playing in the sun. I am looking forward to fishing. Playing with my puppy. I am looking forward to my Xbox. I am going to play with my dogs and camping and swimming. I am looking forward to camping and fishing with my Papa. I am looking forward to camping. I’m looking forward to going fishing. I am looking forward to jumping on the trampoline. I am excited to go to Roaring Springs and to go on an airplane with my Mama. I am looking forward to playing. I am looking forward to playing my Xbox all night. I am looking forward to fishing and playing with friends. I am looking forward to swimming.
2nd Grade: One thing I am looking forward to doing over the summer break is having a play date with Wyatt at the school park. One thing I am looking forward to over summer break is going on vacation to Yellowstone National Park with Liam. One thing I am looking forward to doing over summer break is to go ride dirt bikes. One thing I am looking forward to doing over summer break is to go to Pagosa Springs, Colorado, with my mom. I am excited to see my grandma. I am looking forward to playing card games with my family over summer. I like going to my new house because it is fun.
3rd Grade: To stay at a friend’s house. Go to my dad’s and go fishing and play with my blue-bellied lizards. Go to Roaring Springs and play outside a lot. See my Grandma Great. Go to Montana to work and play with my cousins for a month. Spend time with my family and go swimming. Ride a horse. Go to a friend’s house, hunt, spend time with my family. Go to Roaring Springs and see my cousins. Going to Roaring Springs and going to my uncles in Washington for the 4th of July. Family reunion, birthdays and going to Roaring Springs. Going to my cousin’s graduation. Showing my pig at the fair. Going to Silverwood and to Wyoming to see my dad’s side of the family. Going fishing on our new boat and maybe going to Wahooz. Go to Harpster and fish and play in the water. Go swimming and stay home.
4th grade: This summer I am looking forward to the last day of school; my mom and Dad are going to pick me up with dirt bikes and we are going to ride home. What I am looking forward to this summer is my birthday, my great grandpa’s birthday, and the fourth of July! I’m looking forward to this summer and getting to watch my little cousin over the summer while my aunt works. This summer I am looking forward to working on the creek, making rails, stairs and more. I am looking forward to mowing lawns with my brother to scramble up a few bucks for Hells Canyon Days and the fair. I’m looking forward this summer to growing a watermelon with my Nana and twin sister. I’m going to my cousins’ and playing; they live 3 hours away. I’m looking forward to going into the mountains this summer. I like the mountains because we can go camping and we can ride dirt bikes. Being outside. Play with my baby goats and maybe swim in my pond. This summer I am looking forward to finishing building our shop and finishing some house projects we never finished when we were building our house. I am looking forward to camping with my family. I am looking forward to seeing my cousins and friends and going somewhere. I’m looking to do fishing and camping and have fun with my family, going to some friends’ houses. To have a peaceful time and do nothing and just sit in my house. I hope I can run my market sheep soon because Ken, my market lamb, is 102 pounds. I’m looking forward to going to Sandpoint to see my cousins the week after school gets out! I am going to catch lizards and build a tree fort and have friends come over. Riding dirt bikes with my cousin and inviting my cousin to my birthday party over summer break. To go fishing, swimming and hunting, play with my friends and cousins, hang out with my mom, and most importantly, enjoy being a kid.
5th Grade: What I’m hoping for this summer is to do great at baseball and succeed at fair. I am hoping to learn how to do a wheelie on a dirt bike and to go fishing with my brother down at Brownlee. What I’m hoping for this summer is to be able to see my best friend Kimberly and go to Hells Canyon Days and get some cool stuff. I hope to catch my first fish. I am hoping to learn how to swim and to socialize instead of playing video games all the time and to read some books. I hope to go swimming in Council; that place has a waterfall deep enough to jump in. I want to go ride dirt bikes and go camping with my friends and family. What I am hoping to do this summer is to trot with my horse, Bobby, and ride my bike around town with friends.
