Cambridge FFA Rounds Out The Year With Chapter Awards Banquet


Cambridge FFA members, parents, and guests gathered on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, for their annual awards banquet. The evening started with dinner followed by the presentation of awards for the year.
First was the presentation of the Blue and Gold Awards, given to community members and businesses that continually go above and beyond for the chapter. These awards were presented to: Loveland’s General Store, Simplot Growers Solutions, Cambridge Lumber, Farmers Supply Coop, Harvey and Chris Braun, John and Mary Eagle, Idaho Power, Frontier Motel, Adam & Katelyn Papineau, and Melanie Mosekian.
These were followed by the 8th grade members receiving their Discovery FFA Degree. This is the first degree that a member can receive at the Chapter level, these recipients were: Eli Clark, Alexa Ferguson, Kaidin Grooms, Luke Loveland, Porter Loveland, Rubi Miller, Briggs Papineau, Sophie Snedaker, Elise Vonasek, Josiah Wiseman, and Baylee Young.
7th grade students were recognized for their completion of the Exploratory Agriculture class. Certificates were presented to: Zach Adams, Eli Banerjee, Acaia Beska, Juliana Hearold, Kaylee Hicks, Kathrynn Huling, Colter Miller, Oakleigh Overacker, and Kade Reeder.
In the fall of the year freshman members received the Bronze pin for the Greenhand FFA Degree at the banquet they were each presented with their “FFA Member Lives Here” signs. A special thanks to Chris and Harv Braun for making the signs for these members. Signs were given to: Hayven Browning, Asher Chandler, Kolton Goslin, Mary Lancaster, Izaak McCallister, Kellan Moura, John Overacker, William Reynolds, Riley Rieb, Jason Starbird, and Macki Winkles. The 2026 Cambridge FFA Chapter Star Greenhand Award was presented to Kellan Moura.
The highest degree that the chapter can bestow upon its members is the Chapter FFA Degree, sophomore member awarded their silver chapter degree pins were: JD Dunham, Easton Hastie, Eric Loveland, Ridge Loveland, Damian Mendoza, Chloe Moses, MacKee Nichols, Charlee Noah, and Jack Papineau. The Chapter Star Farmer was awarded to MacKee Nichols.
Mrs. Nichols and Miss Reese presented the other chapter star awards for the year. The Chapter Star in Agbusiness was presented to Bridger Miller and the Chapter Star in Ag Placement was awarded to Frankie Crocco. Wyatt Moura was recognized for being named the Western Idaho District Star in Ag Placement and Bridger Miller as the Western Idaho District Star in AgBusiness. Bridger was also awarded the State FFA Star in AgBusiness at the State FFA Leadership Conference earlier in April.
Seven members of the chapter earned their State FFA Degrees this year and were awarded their State Degree chains; those members were: Frankie Crocco, Emma Ford, Ty Gladhart, Bridger Miller, Wyatt Moura, Madalyn Reynolds, and Morgan Tabert.
Numerous members were recognized for their involvement in Leadership and Career Development Events.
Special Recognition officer awards were presented to members next. These awards were: Rising Sun Award- Devin Mendoza. Wyatt: Workhorse Award- Ty Gladhart & Frankie Crocco. Bridger: Unity Award - Morgan Tabert. Washington Award - Eli Noah
Red, White and Blue Award- JD Dunham, Shield of Friendship Award- Porter Loveland Making Memories Award - Kellan Moura. Reese & Nichols: Golden Hoot Award - Eric Loveland.
Yearpin awards were presented to high school members for their years of involvement in the chapter. This award is much like lettering in a sport. Recipients were: Idaho Pins (1st year): Hayven Browning, Asher Chandler, Kolton Goslin, Mary Lancaster, Izaak McCallister, Kellan Moura, John Overacker, William Reynolds, Riley Rieb, Jason Starbird, Macki Winkles, and Kadence Adams. 2nd year bars were given to: JD Dunham, Easton Hastie, Eric Loveland, Ridge Loveland, Damian Mendoza, Chloe Moses, MacKee Nichols, Charlee Noah, and Jack Papineau. 3rd year bars were awarded to: Jacob Altman, Frankie Crocco, Emma Ford, Ty Gladhart, Stetson Kindall, Wyatt Midgley, Bridger Miller, Madalyn Reynolds, and Eden Sturlin. Finally 4th year bars were awarded to: Hailey Kindall, Hope Harrison, Quinn Hoskins, Addi McKee-Barton, Devin Mendoza, Wyatt Moura, Eli Noah, and Audry Winkles.
The Honorary Chapter FFA Degree is presented to community members, volunteers, chapter supporters, school administrators or others who lend to the support of the chapter. This year the Cambridge FFA Honorary Chapter FFA Degree was presented to BNB Farms, Brett, Melanie, and Brice Mosekian.
The Distinguished Service Award is given to a community member who goes above and beyond for the benefit of the chapter. The chapter chose Jon Thulander to be the Distinguished Award recipient this year.

The Cambridge FFA Chapter is blessed to have an outstanding Alumni chapter, which supports members throughout the year in a variety of ways from travel, registrations to scholarships for graduating seniors. This year scholarships were given to: Addi McKee-Barton, Hailey Kindall, Quinn Hoskins, Bridger Miller, Wyatt Moura, Eli Noah, and Audry Winkles.
The Holly Noah Memorial Scholarships were presented to: Bridger Miller, Wyatt Moura and Audry Winkles.
The evening was completed with the installation of the 2026-2027 Chapter Officers: President - MacKee Nichols, Vice Presidents - Madalyn Reynolds and Easton Hastie, Secretary - Jack Papineau, Treasurer - Ridge Loveland, Reporter - Kellan Moura, and Sentinel - Eric Loveland.
