Dozens Benefit From Midvale Swimming Pool Lessons

This is the last week of swimming lessons at the Midvale Pool. Long-time instructor Laurel Sherman had over 100 total students attending two sessions, each two weeks long. The July session was so popular that lessons ran into mid-afternoon.

Due to recent changes in the make-up of the pool board here is a current list of members: Chelsea Doggett, Christy Graham, Laci Steed, Dorothy Bayes, Jessica Mikek, Karly Jakich, Devon Langer, Bryan Steed, Mariah Johnson and helpers Norma Rose and Shannon Williams. A great deal of thanks is due to those who work on this project to keep the Midvale pool open for many years to come. It has already served at least three generations and the goal is to keep it open for the next several generations.
