Local Farm Bureau Offers Scholarship
Valley/Adams County Farm Bureau Board is dedicated to being an advocate for agriculture and is pleased to support students with a passion for farming and ranching. The local Valley/Adams Farm Bureau board offers a $2,000 scholarship in support of a student pursuing post-high school training in agriculture studies or related field. Graduating high school seniors, as well as, students already enrolled in post-secondary training are eligible to apply. The recipient will also receive one year’s paid membership in the Idaho Farm Bureau Federation. The applicant must be a resident of Valley or Adams County.
Recipients must demonstrate their past activities and future plans of being an advocate for agriculture through an application and essay. Applicants must complete and print the Idaho Farm Bureau application at www.idahofb.org/programs/scholarship-program/. Applications must be delivered to the McCall office of Farm Bureau Insurance at 114 N. 3rd Street, Suite C. Applications are due March 15, 2024.
