Elizabeth Phillips, Cambridge graduate, receives Midvale Scholarship.
Christy Crocco with Midvale Lion’s Club presents Traci Copher, a TVT track coach, with a check for $3,000.

The Midvale Lions Club, a longstanding pillar of community service, recently announced the recipient of its Vocational Scholarship, made possible by the success of its Annual Valentine’s Day Bake Sale. This year, the scholarship was awarded to Elizabeth Phillips, a graduating senior from Cambridge High School and a dedicated student with a passion for welding and fabrication.

The scholarship will support her pursuit of a vocational education in welding and fabrication at Treasure Valley Community College. Congratulations Elizabeth and good luck in your future!

Also, The Midvale Lions Club is a proud supporter of Tri-Valley Titan athletics. We know the vital role athletics play in the development of young individuals, teaching them valuable lessons in teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

It is our pleasure to announce a donation of $3000 to the Tri-Valley Titans Track Team, to be used for much needed equipment and supplies.

This money was raised through various fundraisers throughout the years such as: the sale of Community Birthday Calendars, Election Day Soup Dinner, All Night Skate Nights, and other community events.
