New Business Comes to Cambridge

If you have driven on HWY 95 & passed Schlehuber Rd. you may have noticed some construction happening and, you may be wondering what is going on. Our small town of Cambridge is welcoming a new business.
Parker & Becky Arrien own a small farm in Indian Valley, where they are raising their family on acreage with room to roam. They have been residents of the area for nearly 20 years and once owned America’s Rafting Company before selling it.
Parker Arrien has spent more than 15 years in the construction industry, where he owns West Central Construction. Parker has constructed other client storage facilities and he noticed every town seems to have at least one RV storage facility, but Cambridge lacked one. With the rise of building prices in the last few years, most people cannot afford to build a covered facility for their boat or RV. Parker wanted to fulfill this need for the community and set off to find the perfect place for it.
After buying a piece of land, they have spent over a year rezoning, developing, and constructing it. Becky and Parker Arrien are proudly bringing you A3 Storage Facility off Hwy 95 and Schlehuber Rd. They are happy to put any worries to rest about some big corporation coming in. The Arrien family plans on always keeping it as a family business, small and local. They have noticed the current trend is for larger firms to purchase small storage facilities and raise fees, making them unaffordable for locals. They plan to make sure that never happens, it will be affordable, local, and simple.
They’ll have space for boats and RVs, mini, open and closed storage, and a few flexible spaces for anyone needing a place to operate their business. A3 Storage has many different possibilities for everyone’s needs. You can give them a call at (208) 257-4364, where you are guaranteed to speak to someone local, or email them at info@a3storage.org. Let’s give a big welcome to A3 Storage.
