Outdoor Track Report
The Council, Meadows Valley and Tri-Valley high school outdoor track teams traveled to Middleton last Friday to compete against regional teams, including some much larger schools like Middleton and Weiser. Fifteen teams competed overall.
Council boys took 8th place as a team with some notable performances including taking 1st place in the 4x400 relay (Rowan Green, Owen Hatfield, Ayden Heinemeyer, Greer Green), 4th place in the 4x200 relay (Brody Davis, Owen Hatfield, Rowan Green, Greer Green) and a 3rd place finish from Jim Tucker in the Triple Jump.
Meadows Valley saw results with Jackie Steiner taking 8th place in the javelin and Natalie Ruth taking 2nd place in the pole vault.
The Titans had impressive showings from Corbin Tarbert who placed 10th in the 400M and Zach Stiff who placed 10th in the 3200M race. Titan girls placed 4th in the 4x400 relay (Audry Winkles, Macki Winkles, Morgan Tabert, Adelyn Barton). Adelyn Barton placed 4thin the 800M and 7th in the 3200M.
