The late Lane Williams left a beautiful 7-acre riverfront property in Midvale, to be developed into a Nature Park.

Elsa Freeman, his widow, is hosting a community meeting to determine public interest in the project. Meeting to be held: Monday, July 8th @ 5:30 p.m. at the Midvale City Hall. A tour of the property will follow the meeting.

In order for this project to move forward, are you willing to participate in planning, developing & maintaining this property for current and future generations?

Lane envisioned a place where families could picnic, fish, play in the water and enjoy the beauty of the river in a peaceful setting. It is my goal to make his vision a reality.

The property is owned by the Midvale Marketplace, 501©3 ( a non-profit) Elsa Freeman, Director. For more information email: freemanelsa6292@gmail.com.

The non-profit has enough funding to begin the project, however, more help will be needed, hopefully from grants, donations and volunteer labor and equipment.

I hope you will attend this meeting to gain more information and share your thoughts, ideas and goals regarding this possible Nature Park. It could benefit, not only the local community, but the entire area.

Thank you, Elsa Freeman
