Blow up dinosaurs fought one another and ran from costumed children while trick or treaters went trunk to trunk at the Meadows Valley Trunk or Treat on Friday, October 31. The MV Community Center brought their bus and shared hot dogs and chili (and candy of course!) to all passing by.

MV Parks & Rec, Heartland Community Church, Lakeshore Disposal, MV FFA, and MV Community Club 4-H also represented along with other individuals and organizations offering about fifteen trunks to find treats at. Some booths offered activities too, including a ball toss, spin the wheel, and even a pumpkin patch.

People who found a spider hidden in the trunk decorations got to pick a pumpkin as a prize. Each trunk group awarded a prize to their pick for best costume. Trick or treaters gave a Best Trunk ticket to their favorites and tickets were tallied at the end.
