Tri-Valley Homecoming - Football Dominates Rimrock 50-6

The Tri-Valley Titans Kicked off their homecoming the week of September 16. The week was packed with school spirit, offering various opportunities for students to demonstrate their pride in their school.
The Homecoming Parade was an event that involved the entire communities of Cambridge and Midvale, where both middle & high school students designed floats. The parade featured numerous floats inspired by board games, including Candy Land, Let’s Go Fishing, Twister, Monopoly, Pac Man, Uno, and Clue. Added to the line-up of the parade were the candidates for Homecoming Court for both Cambridge and Midvale school. Children from both elementary schools were lining the streets, anticipating the amazing displays that would undoubtedly shower them with candy.
The homecoming week for Tri-Valley concluded with an outstanding football game on Friday evening. The game was between the Tri-Valley Titans and Rimrock Raiders. The Titans began the game with a strong start, but the momentum shifted when a Rimrock player suffered an unfortunate injury. Player #11, which is was unlisted on the roster, remained on the field for an extended period before being taken away by ambulance and then life-flighted out.
Following this unexpected turn of events, the Tri-Valley Titans made the decision to become unstoppable. Player #24, Moyne Ingram, managed to score two consecutive touchdowns. Jace Waggoner #3 made an amazing play and scored a 58-yard touchdown. The first quarter concluded with the Titans in the lead, holding a score of 22-0. That night, the Tri-Valley Titans must have been inspired by the school spirit, leading them to continue their dominance into the second quarter. Cash Pearson #45 and Jace Waggoner #3 scored multiple touchdowns, leading their team to a massive 50-6 lead by the end of the second quarter. The game was called to an end at halftime due to their significant lead.
At what would have been half time, the homecoming court announced the king and queen for Midvale and Cambridge. The candidates for the Junior class at Cambridge High School were Hailey Kindall and Bryson Bailey, while the candidates for the senior class were Cloe Russell and Haven Harley. The candidates for the Junior class at Midvale High School were Sidney Whitener & Jace Waggoner, while the candidates for the Senior class were Stella Warren & Cash Pearson. Each class candidates rode onto the field in style with the senior candidates of Midvale coming out on a bucket truck. The winners for the Cambridge homecoming court were Cloe Russell & Bryson Bailey. The winners for the Midvale homecoming court were Jace Waggoner & Stella Warren.
