Upper Dale Schoolhouse Gets Facelift

Mathew W. Greenwood,  has devoted many, many hours of labor to the Upper Dale Schoolhouse and grounds. He has scraped, primered, painted, built shutters, reglazed windows, repaired the roof, rebuilt the porch and even removed a dead tree and thinned brush. It has been an amazing and selfless amount of work he has dedicated to this project. There have been a couple of work days with other volunteers helping, but the man behind the project is Mathew. Thank you to him for caring about the history of the building and seeing to it that it got some attention to help preserve it.
