The fall colors are sure pretty. I like fall the best, but I don’t like knowing that winter is just around the corner. It seems that I am never ready for it.
If you would like a nice place to enjoy lunch and to visit, come have lunch with us. We serve lunch at 12 noon on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. For Take-Out Meals, please call in your order by 10:00 a.m. and pick up is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. If you are ordering multiple meals please try and call in the day before. The November menus are ready for pick up at the Center.
The menu for the coming week: Friday October 24th: Chicken Teriyaki, Rice, Mixed Vegetables, Bread, Green Salad, Fruit, and Dessert. Tuesday October 28th: Spaghetti, Garlic Bread, Green Beans, Green Salad, Fruit, and Dessert. Wednesday October 29th: Oven Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes w/Gravy, Corn, Roll, Green Salad, Fruit, and Dessert.
Our next Bingo will be on November 7th. There was no blackout winner so the pot goes to $80 and Jared will be calling 53 numbers. Unless something comes up, we have bingo on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month. For new players, folks start showing up around 6:30 p.m. or after and Jared starts calling at 7:00 p.m. It costs a quarter per card, and you can play as many cards as you want.
