How is it that our elected officials are not following the Idaho Statutes for Recall Elections? Do they honestly not know that there are very serious consequences, potentially felony consequences? Title 34 Elections Ch 17 on Recall Elections 34-1714 Prohibited Acts (1 g)-(h) & (2) clearly state the rules. Aren’t these Statutes for all Idahoans? In the same way that a STOP sign is not merely a suggestion, only the very ignorant, very reckless, or very entitled can believe that going forward against the Idaho law will end well for them or for the voters of Washington County.
