The Adams County Historical Society is hosting “History Night at the Depot” Wednesday, October 22nd at 7:00 p.m. in the Freight Room Auditorium at the P&IN Railway Depot in New Meadows. Dale Fisk will be presenting information on the Seven Devils Mining District that contained some of the richest copper ore in the world and was one of the main motivators for building the P&IN rail line north from Weiser. The historic depot is located at 101 South Commercial Avenue in New Meadows.
