Two Meadows Valley wrestlers competed this past weekend according to Athletic Director, Jared McIlvain. Natalie Ruth (left) made her wrestling debut. She lost her first two matches and then won the next three in a row to take 5th in the tournament. Jannette Montemira competed as well (right), coming ‘dangerously close’ to her first wins against some tough competition according to McIlvain. He said ”It’s great to see these kids that have trusted the process now start to see results.”
