Soon, Adams County voters will head to the polls to choose who will lead and serve our county. On the ballot this cycle are County Commissioner Districts 1 and 2, County Clerk, County Assessor, County Treasurer, County Coroner, and Precinct Committeemen (PC).
These roles directly impact our daily lives — from how our tax dollars are managed to how records are kept, property is assessed, and important public matters are handled. But how many of us truly understand what each position is responsible for?
Before anyone decides to run — or before we cast our votes — it’s worth taking the time to get informed.
