Yes, it’s the ugly this week. We have letters about the good, and the bad, and now it’s the ugly. The evil of mankind with Satan leading the way. When we look back at recent history and October 7th in Israel, it was ugly and evil. When we look at Nigeria and the persecution and massacre of Christians, men, women and children it is ugly and evil.
Ephesians 5:11-12 says “Take no part in the worthless deeds of evil and darkness; instead, expose them. It is shameful even to talk about the things that ungodly people do in secret.” To expose them; to stand against the darkness and expose it for what it is; ugly, evil, disgusting. God has given us His power and His authority in the name of Jesus, to come against the ugly of this world. To pray together with the mighty name of Jesus. God didn’t spare even the angels that sinned. He cast them out of Heaven to the gloomy pits of darkness, hell.
Now is the time for the church to stand together, to pray for the persecuted church, for the innocent, against evil, to expose evil, to share the Gospel of Christ with a dying world while we still can. Sooner or later, we will be gone from this world, either by death or when we are caught up, raptured by Christ when He comes for His Bride, the church.
